Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-01

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the conduct expected of users of VendKeys.com. Violations may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and forfeiture of any pending balance. We aim for the AUP to be common-sense β€” most users will never encounter it.

Allowed use

The Service is intended for end users buying genuine software licenses for their personal or business use. Reselling our licenses on a third-party marketplace (Kinguin, G2A, eBay, etc.) is not authorized and may violate the publisher's EULA.

Volume limits

To prevent abuse, single-account purchasing is capped at:

  • 50 individual licenses per 24 hours without prior approval
  • 20 of the same product per 7 days without prior approval
  • No automated checkout (scripts, bots, headless browsers) β€” orders placed through automation may be voided

If you have a legitimate volume need (school, organization, fleet refresh), reach us via our contact form and we will set up a higher-volume arrangement.

Prohibited activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to circumvent sanctions or any applicable export control law
  • Use the Service for money laundering or to obscure the origin of cryptocurrency funds
  • Attempt to bypass payment validation, order fulfillment workflows, or rate limits
  • Submit fraudulent identity, billing, or shipping information
  • Scrape or systematically download our catalog content beyond reasonable browsing
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Service without prior written permission
  • Resell, redistribute, or transfer licenses purchased from us in violation of the publisher's EULA
  • Submit threatening, defamatory, or obscene content in reviews, support messages, or any user-generated text
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization

Publisher EULA compliance

When you receive a license from us, your subsequent use is governed by the publisher's End User License Agreement. We do not warrant publisher EULA compliance and are not party to it. Examples of common publisher restrictions:

  • Microsoft: OEM keys are tied to the first activated device
  • Adobe: subscription accounts are for the named user
  • Streaming services (Netflix, Spotify): terms generally prohibit account sharing
  • Subscription gaming: terms generally prohibit gifting between regions

If a publisher takes action against your license (deactivation, account ban) for EULA non-compliance, we cannot intervene β€” but we will refund within 24 hours if the issue is delivery-side rather than usage-side. See Refund Policy for details.

Reviews

User-submitted reviews must reflect the reviewer's actual experience with the product. Prohibited:

  • Paid reviews not disclosed as such
  • Coordinated review manipulation across multiple accounts
  • Reviews containing personally identifiable information about other parties
  • Reviews that disclose license keys or attempt to share an account
  • Off-topic content (politics, unrelated complaints)

We moderate every review before publication. Rejected reviews receive a reason in your account dashboard.

Account security

Each account is a single-user account. You are responsible for:

  • Choosing a strong password
  • Not sharing your credentials
  • Logging out from shared devices
  • Reporting suspected unauthorized access immediately via our contact form

We may require a password reset or two-factor authentication if we detect suspicious activity.

Enforcement

We monitor for AUP violations through automated and manual review. Confirmed violations may result in:

  • Warning (first-time minor offense)
  • Order cancellation and refund (active fraud)
  • Account suspension (recurring or major offense)
  • Permanent ban + IP block (severe abuse)
  • Forfeit of pending balance and credits

Reporting violations

If you observe behavior that violates this AUP β€” fake reviews, account misuse, attempts to scam other users β€” reach us via our contact form.

Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
