What you get

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access, Publisher (Windows-only), 1 TB of OneDrive, Outlook Premium, Microsoft Editor, Family Safety, basic Copilot integration, and the Microsoft 365 mobile apps with all features unlocked.

Day-to-day use

Word and Excel still set the bar in 2026 — Google Docs catches up on collaboration, Numbers wins on aesthetics for casual use, but for serious documents and spreadsheets, this is the standard. Outlook is excellent for managing 200+ daily emails.

Copilot in 2026
